One trade, done carefully
We do floor coatings and nothing else. No painting, no roofing, no remodels. That focus means we see a lot of different slabs, and we have learned what goes wrong with each kind. Older San Gabriel Valley concrete can be dense in some spots and soft in others, often patched more than once. We grind until the whole surface is consistent, because a coating only bonds as well as its weakest spot.
How a job runs
- The visit: we measure, test moisture, and look for prior coatings or paint.
- The quote: one written number with all prep included.
- Install day: grinding, patching and coats, with dust collection running.
- The handoff: we walk the floor with you and leave written care and cure notes.
Respect for your home
We cover what needs covering, keep the street and driveway clear, and haul away our trash. If you have pets or kids at home, tell us and we will plan around them.
