What it looks like
Metallic epoxy uses reflective pigments that move and swirl as we work the material. The finished floor can look like polished stone, liquid metal or clouds, depending on technique and colors.
A good fit for garage conversions
Many Baldwin Park properties have garages turned into living space, a home office or a studio. Metallic epoxy makes those rooms feel finished without carpet or tile, and it is easy to keep clean.
How we pour it
After grinding and repairs, we apply a solid base color. Then we pour the metallic layer and shape it by hand. A clear topcoat protects the design.
Keeping it bright
For rooms with a lot of window light, we suggest a UV-stable topcoat to prevent yellowing over time.
Care tips
Use a dust mop, felt pads under furniture and a gentle cleaner. Grit is the main thing that dulls a glossy floor.
Will it look exactly like the photo?
Each pour is unique. We make a sample to show the color and style.
Can it go over old tile?
No. Tile needs to come up so we can coat the concrete.
Studios and small salons
Hair and nail studios along the main boulevards benefit from a seamless floor that is easy to sweep and disinfect between clients.
